Junmai-genshu Rich, earthy, and full bodied, this Junmai-genshu holds nothing back it’s a flavorful sake Pair with similarly spicy foods like curries, or with charcuterie Sequoia Sake is the first local artisan Sake brewery in San Francisco. They are proud to use all locally sourced California ingredients: Water (from the glacier-carved Yosemite watershed), Rice (organically grown in the Sacramento Valley), heirloom Koji, and native sake Yeast.
