Shipping

Bottles of wine, champagne or spirits are 750ml. regular size bottles unless specified on the individual product. 

Our shipping rates reflect what the carriers charge us and include handling and packaging. California State residents are subject to Sales Tax, currently 8.5%. All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wine into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you want it delivered. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age, and the person to whom your wine will be delivered is also at least 21 years of age. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years of age. All shipments from us must be signed for.  Please be advised that once packages are in transit and need to be re-routed to a different delivery address GLS/UPS will charge an additional $17.00.

P.O. Boxes are not valid, the US postal service will NOT transport alcohol.

We ship to the following states: Alaska, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon and Wyoming.

Spirits - Can only be shipped to Alaska, California, Idaho, New Mexico, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota and Washington DC

Our website will not allow you to complete an order which contains spirits items if you attempt to ship the order to another state. Be advised that accurate shipping rates for orders including spirits can only be provided at time of shipping. Certain odd-shaped spirits bottles cannot be safely packed, in which case we will contact you for further instructions. Please allow 24-48 hours for order to be packed and shipped. Overnight orders must be in by 1pm. Monday-Thursday. Shippers deliver Monday through Friday.

For some other states, we work with a third party shipper. Please call if you would like more information on how we may ship to you.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and, on premise, Interlink ATM debit cards. We have checked all prices for accuracy. However, mistakes occur, and the in-store price(s) will prevail. Items are limited to stock on hand. We make no claim in regard to the rights of non-California residents to receive shipments of wine and/or spirits into their specific county or state. If you are in doubt on this matter, please contact your local governing bureau or agency before ordering. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Any claims for broken packages or packages affected by heat (including but not limited to leakage and cork push) must be reported to D&M within 48 hours of the package being delivered.
