Salvo Foti 2022 I Vigneri Etna Rosso

This was initially tight, but bloomed wonderfully in the decanter / glass over an hour. The nose shows a lifted sweet cherry, summer raspberry, garrigue, light oak spice, black stone minerality, and gentle earth. The palate is light with lively acidity and a flavor set of pretty red berry and cherry, just there oak and cedar, and the lightest suggestion of earth and minerals to finish. D&M Tasting Notes.
