Storybook Mountain 2019 Nap Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

At Storybook at the top end of Napa Valley, they have planted Cabernet in the coolest and lightest soils in their 100 block certified organic vineyard. This is a full and present Cabernet with aromas of cassis, cigar box, thyme and rosemary, and sweet baking spices. On the palate this has a good presence to it with black fruits, pipe tobacco, mixed savory herbs and sweet oak. D&M Tasting Notes
