Few Rye Whiskey

The nose is filled with some orchard fruits, light spice, and some brown butter. The palate is a soft on the rye spice with some white pepper, dried caramel, light fennel, candied orange. D&M Tasting Notes 70% Rye, 20% Corn and 10% Malted Barley. They are using saison yeast.

The generous rye content is married with the sweetness of corn for a genteel interpretation of the venerable spirit. Patiently aged in air-dried oak barrels, its spicy character transcends mere resurgence. Behold – the renaissance of rye. Distillery Notes
