Clear Creek Distillery Half Bottle Slivovitz Eau de Vie

 *375 ml. Blue Plum.  Clear and limpid liquid. The nose offers fresh plum fruit, hints of new leather and clay. Extremely soft and refined slivovitz, laden with sweet plum fruit and a nice pepperiness. There's a hint of nettles to the long warming finish. D&M Tasting Notes.

Blue Plum Brandy, known as Slivovitz in much of Eastern Europe, is pot distilled from a pure fermented mash of Italian Blue plums grown in Oregon. We make it much as it has been made in Europe for centuries, but the result is smoother, more aromatic, and more sophisticated than any European Blue Plum Brandy. Makes a great sorbet.
