Aizu Chujo Junmai D Hattannishi Sake

720ML.  This is made entirely of the quite rare hattannishi rice, polished so only 40% of the grain remains. The nose shows a bright and focused banana, melon, yellow plum, and lime. The palate is dry with an SMV value of +3 and a clean flavor set of minerals, stone fruits and lime zests. D&M Tasting Notes
