Vincent Roussely Favorite NV Sparkling Wine

This is made up of Menu Pineau (Arbois) and Chardonnay from the 2018 and 2019 harvests, made like a Champagne. The nose shows soft cream, some citrus and a hit of stone fruits | nectarine. The palate is moderate in weight and wonderfully echoes the nose with a delicate mousse and flavors of soft cream, citrus, and just there stone fruits. D&M Tasting Notes

The wines are made naturally without commercial yeast or fining. This is accomplished by rigorous work in the vineyard and then the cellar. It guarantees authentic wines that respect the place they come from as well as the consumer. Sulfur is used in small amounts. Importer Notes
