Venn 2021 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a Venn iteration with quite a bit of gravitas and weight. Just shy of entirely Cabernet, there is a scant 2% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc. The nose opens with aromas of earth, graphite, plum, cassis, and a mixed culinary woodsy herb notes. The palate has a tremendous presence to it with moderate acid and a flavor set of the earth and graphite, plum, cassis, oak spices, and a cigar box note to finish. D&M Tasting Notes
