Teutonic Wine Co. 2023 Jazz Odyssey White Wine

From a producer that is dedicated to making wines in the German/ Alsatian tradition with a Oregon twist. This is low alcohol at 10.1% ABV, and an intensely aromatic white blend of Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Muscat. The nose opens with florals, citrus, melon, lychee and just there spice. The palate is light with moderate acid and a flavor set of lychee, white flowers, honeysuckle, and just there citrus. It does have a Residual Sugar count of 1.3% or 13 grams per liter, but it is very well balanced by its acidity and oh so enjoyable! D&M Tasting Notes
