Stolpman 2023 Love You Bunches Rose

This is a carbonic maceration of Grenache and harkens to the gentle way they have to treat the bunches of grapes destined for this wine. The nose opens with a soft peach, just there strawberry, clay minerality, and a pop of florals and citrus with time in glass. The palate here is light bodied with good acidity and a flavor set that echoes the nose, mostly late spring farmer's market and just there spice. D&M Tasting Notes
