St. George All Purpose Vodka

To make our All Purpose Vodka, we distill our flagship pear brandy up to 95.1% ABV and blend the resulting distillate with a non-GMO base spirit. We then filter the resulting vodka to remove visible impurities before bottling. No overt pear flavor but with substantial body and subtle floral notes—and creating a vodka that is uniquely St. George.   40% ABV.

VESPER

3 oz St. George Botanivore Gin 

1 oz St. George All Purpose Vodka

1/2 oz Lillet Blanc

Stir all ingredients with ice to chill (or shake à la 007), then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a thin peel of lemon.
