Scribe 2022 Rose Wine

This iteration of the Scribe is deeper in color with a bit more concentration of fruit. The nose is filled with an ample basket of peaches, strawberry and pink grapefruit flesh. The palate is moderate in weight with moderate acid and a flavor set of ripe peach and grapefruit flesh. D&M Tasting Notes

Our Rosé harvest is always our first pick of the year, and we work delicately in the cellar to preserve the fresh energy of the just-ripened fruit. After a long, cold fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is vibrant and bright - pale pink and alive in the bottle. It tastes of this place, a sensory passage to the Scribe farm. Winery Notes
