Ryme 2023 Las Brisas Vineyard Hers, Vermentino

As of our tasting in early March 2024 this shows a very light fermentation aroma that quickly blows off. The nose then displays delightful mixed citrus zests, dried apricot, and just there sea spray. The palate is light with a nice textural note and a flavor set of lemon and lime zests and flesh, crushed rocks, and a light savory saline note to finish.
