¾ oz. Aperol 

¾ oz. Amaro Nonino 

¾ oz. fresh lemon juice 

Tools: shaker, strainer 

Glass: coupe 

Garnish: lemon twist 

Add all the ingredients with ice to shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe, then garnish.
