Proelio 2017 Vendimia Seleccionada Reserva Rioja

This comes from 50+ year old vines at high elevation and is 85% Tempranillo, 10% Garnacha and 5% Graciano aged from 18 months in a mix of new and old French oak. The nose is full and voluptuous with aromas of cocoa nib, black cherry, licorice and sweet cigar box. The palate has a presence to it with black cherry, licorice, cocoa, and sweet oak to finish.
