Pepiere 2022 Les Gras Moutons Muscadet

From a single site of Gneiss soils that is delightfully named 'the fat sheep.' This is still pretty tightly wound with an aroma set of pear, melon, citrus and a tightly wound minerality. On the palate this is moderate in weight with a lanolin like texture and a flavor set that echoes the nose with spice, pear, melon and citrus nicely balanced by a wet stone minerality. D&M Tasting Notes
