Paul Pernot 2022 Bourgogne Blanc

This shows a bit more generosity of fruit versus the taut and clean 2021 with aromas of apricots, buttered toast, lemon confit, and a just there note of oak. The palate is just shy of moderate in weight with lemon oil, toast, apricot and a kiss of oak to finish the palate.
