Salted caramel right off the bat with light wood spice, caramel and a banana bread/ toffee combo. There are some honey and a light apricot note that emerges with air. The palate has a good weight to it with saline and a orchard fruit/ banana bread combo. Gorgeous and well balanced to say the least. D&M Tasting Notes
