Manuel Aragon Tio Alejandro Oloroso Chiclana de la Frontera Sherry

*750ml. This comes from a 225 year old family owned winery in Chiclana de la Frontera and is made entirely of organically farmed Palomino. It was aged for over 17 years in an oxidative style and low sulfur was used throughout. The nose shows the extended ageing in barrel with a balanced nut, oak spice, some dried orange peel and flowers, and a beautiful balance of raw and toasted nuts. The palate has a great texture and a harmonious flavor set of nuts, dried flowers and fruits, and barrel related spices. D&M Tasting Notes
