The 2007 shows a deep amber in the glass. The nose reveals notes of baked apples, green apple skin, toffee, cinnamon, clove, and wood smoke. On the palate, the initial toffee gives way to mixed fresh and baked apples with smoked almonds, and soft caramel. The finish is long, with recurring notes of baked apples and spice. 17 Years in oak.
