La Staffa 2019 Verdicchio Riserva Rincrocca

This is a wonderful single site of old vine Verdicchio that shows the precision with texture that makes this so unique. The nose opens with an aroma set of lime zest, wet stones, sea spray, hazelnut, and thyme. The nose is just shy of moderate in weight with good acid and a flavor set that echoes the nose with good tension-- limestone minerality, sea spray and lime zest. D&M Tasting Notes
