Ixcatlan, Oaxaca 44.6% ABV Batch: AMA-04, 293 Bottles. The nose here is a heady thing. This called to mind smoked brisket with corn husk, earth, smoke, salt, lime and white pepper. The palate has a great texture with a light spice note up front that gives way to broad flavors of game, leather, smoke, roasted meat and a light hit of lime. Tremendous stuff. D&M Tasting Notes
