Hiyu 2019 Moon Dog Co-fermented Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris

This is a co-ferment of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris and was kept in its skins for a full month for an intense color. The nose is an intense tour de force with aromas of cherry, raspberry, oolong tea, oak spice, and delicate earth.
