Gomez Nevado Sierra Morena Abocado Sherry

Sweet Style Aris (Airen) Grapes. An old style of sweet sherry wine where late harvested Airen grapes are pressed and fermentation is begun and finished Dorado is added to it. The nose opens with light spice, some raisins, light nut, and a bit of honeycomb. On the palate the mix of fresh stone fruit notes is complemented nicely by spice, nuts, raisins and some but not an exceeding amount of residual sugar. D&M Tasting Notes
