Gautheron 2021 Half Bottle Chablis

*375ml. Fermented in tanks and then spends several months in oak. It has plenty of saline and mineral notes, as well as fresh, floral aromas and appley fruit, while a touch of vanilla adds complexity on the palate. A delightful wine.  Winemaker's notes
