Classico Speriore. This has aromas of honeycomb, ripe orchard fruits, under ripe mango, lemon custard, raw nuts, and a stream-side minerality. The palate opens with zippy acidity/ minerality before evolving to a ripe orchard fruit, white flowers and just there beeswax to finish. Will age gracefully, but is beautiful now. D&M Tasting Notes
