Gail 2020 Nelligan Road Cabernet Franc

The nose shows a fun hit of blue fruits with bay leaf, pepper, and a savory note throughout. The palate is moderate in weight with good acid and a flavor set of blue fruits, garrigue, pepper and a just there red fruit lift. D&M Tasting Notes

Gail Wines was founded by winemaker, Dan O’Brien. A native of Rhode Island, Dan grew up working behind the bar of some of Providence’s top restaurants. His love of wine drew him to Boston where he began a decade long career as a sommelier - a career that ultimately took Dan west to California where he went on to manage estate-grown wineries in Napa and Sonoma.
