Gail 2020 Monte Rosso Vineyard Sangiovese

From one of the most iconic sites in Sonoma, this is small production Cal/Ital at its finest. The nose shows classic Sangiovese aromas of earth, tar, sweet cherry, and a just there spice and oak whiff. The palate has terrific depth of flavor to it with a presence of both tannin and acid with tar and sweet cherry balancing each other quite well. D&M Tasting Notes
