Francois et Julien Pinon 2022 Vouvray

This is Chenin Blanc planted on black Silex soils in Vouvray. Done dry, this opens with a taut nose of stone fruits, spice, an light beeswax and a suggestion of white flowers. The palate is moderate in weight with a nice sense of texture and a flavor set that echoes the nose. D&M Tasting Notes
