Made by Delphine Boulard from '2020 this is 84% Meunier, 10% Chardonnay and 6% Pinot Noir. The nose opens with clotted cream, red apple, Mirabelle plum, and a clay like minerality. The palate has some texture with moderate acid and a flavor set of cream, bois, toasted nuts, golden apple, earth and clay minerality. D&M Tasting Notes
