Francis Blanchet 2022 Cuvee Silice Pouilly Fume

A warmer vintage vs 2021, but we were impressed by the acid/ mineral balance of this wine. The nose opens with clean minerality, a hint of citrus, just there tree fruits and wet river stones. The palate is light and the acid is zippy with lime, wet river stones, and a black stone minerality. D&M Tasting Notes
