Flor de Cana Extra Dry 4 Yr White Rum

The only white rum in the market that is aged for 4 years. It is dry, crystal clear and light bodied making it absolutely perfect for tropical drinks. 40% ABV.  Nicaragua

Mai tai

 2 tbsp white rum 

2 tbsp dark rum 

2 tbsp triple sec

1 tbsp grenadine

1 tbsp orgeat or almond syrup 

Juice of half a lime, maraschino cherry

Stir all the ingredients together in a jug or shake them in a cocktail shaker. Put a few cubes of ice in a tumbler, pour over the liquid and garnish with a cherry. BBC Good Food
