One of Mexico’s most iconic tropical fruits, guava (guayaba, or Psidium guajava), is native to Central and South America and has been a staple of Oaxacan cuisine for millennia. This delicate eau-de-vie is distilled entirely from ripe, sweet pink guava, yielding a complex and luxurious spirit which continues to open and blossom as it breathes in the glass.  42% ABV
