Domaine Yannick Cadiou 2021 Chablis

This is a tiny estate (2 hectare) that after 27 years working as the vineyard manager at Domaine Laroche,  Yannick bought some vineyards to leave to the next generation. This wine is drawn from two organically farmed parcels next to Premier Cru vineyards-- Montmains and Vaillons. It was aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks. This has a clean and focused style in the nose with just there aromas of lemon and crushed rock. The palate here is light and lively with moderate acidity, citrus, a light hazelnut, and a sensation of crushed rocks on the palate. D&M Tasting Notes
