Domaine Vincent Ledy 2021 Les Savigotees Bourgogne Aligoté

This is quite the deal! Regularly $30, on sale for $20. Parcel in Savigny Les Beaune planted in the 1950's. Ledy's style lends itself to more ripeness and this did see time in barrel. The nose opens with lemon zest, nectarine, just there oak, apple, pastry, and clay minerality. The palate is between light and medium in weight with mixed apple, nectarine, lemon, oak, clay and a bit of earth to finish. D&M Tasting Notes.
