Domaine La Bouissiere 2020 Gigondas

The original high altitude Gigondas, this is made up of 75% Grenache, 21% Syrah, 4% Mourvèdre from an average of 55 year old vines. The nose shows a mix of blue and black fruits with pepper, gravelly minerality, and a mix of savory herbs and black flowers. The palate is moderate in weight with sweet (though not stewed) fruits balanced by sage, spice, gravelly minerality and the lightest hit of oak. D&M Tasting Notes
