Didon 2022 Bourgogne Pinot Noir

This is farmed and vinified Biodynamically with their holdings just across the river from Chassagne- Montrachet. They do not do any additions during winemaking from sulfur to yeast, but do utilize a bit of SO2 at bottling. The nose opens with a hit of spice, cherry, light wild raspberry, pepper and a gentle earth note. On the palate this has a terrific intensity to its light frame with flavors of cherry, dusty raspberry, a light earth and a bit of pepper to finish things out. D&M Tasting Notes
