3- 50ml vials of Compass Box Whiskies. The Peat Monster, The Spice Tree and the newest release The Spaniard.

 The Spice Tree - Aromas of all spice, cloves, cinnamon and honeycomb. The palate brings Asian spice, peaches and a note of BBQ smoke and mulled spice.  

The Peat Monster - Peaty, smoky malt with hints of fruitiness; a balanced whisky with great depth and complexity.  

The Spaniard  - Half of this was aged in ex-Spanish wine casks. The nose is full, with a light umami, grilled peaches and ample nut. The palate is rich and round set with a pretty tone and a spun sugar, peach and a soft citrus lift.
