Champagne Labbe & Fils Brut Reserve Champagne

We decided to create this Brut Réserve blend to highlight the importance of the typicality linked to the blend which, in this case, is defined by its voluptuousness and its roundness . It is made from a blend of 50% reserve wines, providing roundness and vinosity, and composed of 40% Pinot Noir, 50% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay , To the eye, it shows an elegant creamy foam and a straw yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose, it displays rich and intense aromas of candied fruits, notably of apricot, vine peach strawberry and raspberry. The mouth is full and generous combining the richness of Pinot Meunier with the freshness of Chardonnay, all structured by Pinot Noir. Aromas of candied red berries, almond and brioche are discovered. The Brut Réserve is the perfect cuvée for all occasions.(8g/L dosage) - WINERY NOTES
