Castello Di Verduno 2018 Rabaja Barbaresco

 2018 was a better year in Barbaresco than Barolo and the great sites such as this made excellent wines, with the additional advantage of being open and accessible now. This opens with a balanced aroma set of spice, minerality, dried cherry, rose pedal, anise, and a delicate forest floor character. The palate is moderate in weight with moderate acid and a flavor set of forward cherry to balance floral, spice and earth notes. D&M Tasting Notes
