Refill Oloroso butts & refill bourbon hogshead.  Distilled: 2009 and Bottled: February 2024. The nose has Bacon frazzles, vanilla custard, banana fritter, butterscotch mousse. Barley water, and dried cranberry: The palate brings flavor of burning embers, candle smoke, and gorse bushes.
