Chartreuse lovers take notice! This is a delightful herbal blend of Genepy, wild alpine peppermint, thyme, eucalyptus, chamomile, wormwood, fennel, lavender, nutmeg, cinnamon, and juniper. The aromas are bright lemon, fresh tarragon and thyme. It is light and bright on the palate with the fresh herbs picking up a bit of mint and fennel on the finish. D&M Tasting Notes

Botanicals infused individually in organic neutral wheat spirit for 20-50 days. Alpine water and beet sugar added. Rested 20-30 days in stainless steel. Paper-filtered.
