Twenty One shows the complexity that can be achieved when blending different barrels and production methods at the same distillery, with ex-Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry, Virgin Oak, and Red Wine Casks. The nose opens with a light peat that gives way to cooked apple and stone fruits with toasted nuts, raisins in syrup, and a bit of earth. The palate is smooth and supple with a flavor profile of forest floor, delicate peat, raw nuts, sultana raisins, honey and a grilled tree fruit note. D&M Tasting Notes 46% ABV
