Alley 6 86’d Candy Cap Bitters is composed of aromatic Candy Cap mushrooms foraged from the Sonoma Coast and a melody of baking spices that are extracted with our base rye spirit and finished in small oak barrels.
Our head distiller and co-founder, Jason Jorgensen, was 86’d from the bar industry due to residual prohibition laws in the state of California. Our line of 86’d Bitters is his ode to the industry. 43% ABV
