A "Grower Champagne" this comes mostly from the 2012 harvest with some reserve wines. The nose shows a savory oyster shell, with light clay, spice, and just there notes of cream and citrus. The palate is light and taunt with mint, citrus and a seam of minerality. #NYC-Hipsterbait. Very of the moment. D&M Tasting Notes
The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Terroirs is positively brilliant. Citrus, white flowers, crushed rocks and mint are all finely sketched in this super-expressive Champagne from Agrapart. Readers who want to get a sense of what the Agrapart Champagnes are all about without investing in some of the higher-end bottlings will want to check out the Terroirs. Weightless and chiseled in the glass, with pedigree to burn, the Terroirs is flat-out stunning, not to mention a fabulous wine in its peer group. The Terroirs is sourced from parcels in Avize, Oger, Cramand and Oiry. This release is equal parts 2014 and 2013. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. Disgorged: May 2018. 94 Points Antonio Galloni, Vinous November 2018
Grape grower – winemaker (does not purchase grapes) in AVIZE, Côte des Blancs.
Our 12 hectares vineyard is mainly spread out in Grand Cru villages planted with Chardonnay, a white grape picked and pressed with great care by us.
Our winegrower’s approach is natural. Our vineyard soils have always been maintained through ploughing and every year we add compost made from local ingredients to vineyard. The organic life of the soil assures the health and productivity of the vineyard.
Our Champagne wine are neither fined nor filtered. They are bottles at the domain and are hand riddled. Champagne House Notes
