Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka

This has a rye base for the spirit; the bison grass comes from a vast forest on the border between Belarus and Poland-- and the grass is macerated in the spirit for 30 days. The nose show aromas of fennel frond, hay, vanilla, and a lifted almost Asian Pandan note. The palate has a light sweetness to the vanilla and hay with a spicy back end from the Rye base.
