This 100% Rye was the vision of the late Dave Pickerell for cocktails. Aromas of cinnamon candy, barrel spice, black pepper, and a light citrus. The spiciness on the palate with the higher proof  makes it great for rye cocktails!  D&M Tasting Notes 48.28% ABV

A honey hue and rich vanilla aroma mark this six-year-old rye whiskey. The palate nods to its 100% rye grain mash bill, opening with brisk cinnamon and allspice sparks that round into mellower vanilla and caramel midpalate, finishing long and spiced. Adding water brings more vanilla to the fore and adds a toasted grain note to the finish. 93 Points Wine Enthusiast, Best of the Year 2019.
