Shebang 16th Cuvee California Red Wine

This is a more non-fruit and savory iteration of the shebang. The nose opens with creosote, fallen leaves, tar, spices and a mix of black fruits that emerge with air. The palate is moderate in weight with a flavor set of savory non-fruit notes of tar, spice and earth that gives way to dried cherry and wild raspberry after around a half hour in the glass.
