Sautereau 2021 Sancerre Rosé

As of this vintage the winery is all organic across their vineyards and they employ native yeasts in the cellar. The nose opens with the tension of the cool 2021 vintage with just there aromas of sweet pea flowers, blood orange and lemon zest.
